Shipping Policy

WITHIN INDIA

• Since our products are made to order our dispatch time is 5-7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days.
• Once shipped, delivery usually takes 6-7 days (sometimes transit delays can take place)
• In case there are delays by the courier service due to local restriction, we will not be liable.
• In case your package is stuck or not moving you can always Email us and we will get it checked with the courier company.

In case of a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and kindly ask that you allow additional time for delivery. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details provided not received by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
